Can I hire the assigned consultant directly without Odyyc?
Odyyc works with external consultants but with long-term aspirations. While it is not possible contractually to outright hire your consultant, we can seek a mutual agreement (agency – Odyyc – consultant) to satisfy your needs. Contact Odyyc directly to explore a specific solution.
How does the White Label work?
You provide us with all the branded templates for presentations and documents. Our consultants work directly with your templates. You can also provide an agency email for customer interaction.
How can I get more time than the current subscription allows?
Great to hear you may be growing even faster, and need a few extra hours per month to fulfill orders. We can provide a bespoke quote to increase your time. Please note Odyyc reserves the right to modify your consultant based on availability. Contact us for a specific quote based on your scope.
Can I change consultants?
Yes. You can change as often as you like, but there is a 30 days end-of-month notice before a change can be made. We can temporarily pause the subscription if your current consultant does not meet your expectations.
