Welcome to Our Odyyc

Odyyc opens her doors today with a nod to the Greek story ‘Odyssey’.

Vivid mosaic tile artwork with colorful abstract design, perfect for home decor and artistic murals.

You know the saying, “It’s the journey that counts,” right?

It’s as old as time, and it’s no wonder that The Odyssey by Homer is one of the first stories we know of, passed down from generation to generation.

Humans relate to one another through the journeys we take. In ancient times, journeys were certainly filled with high anticipation of what discoveries would be made—perhaps even with much trepidation. Later, humans embarked on journeys to find new land or to go into battle.

One day, a man named Marco Polo went on a journey to visit China and opened up the era of international trade.

And then came the journey for the fun of it—vacation. With the invention of the airplane, the whole world could be yours for the price of a ticket. Today, you can even buy a trip to space.

These past and present journeys represent our livelihood. They define us. And no matter the reason, our journeys are filled with purpose.

Today, in the digital world, we talk about the customer journey—or the customer experience—which leads us to CX and how we can shape our customers’ journeys from awareness to advocacy with purpose.

Are we in touch with our customers? Are we listening and acting on the feedback we receive in a timely and effective manner?

Our ‘Odyyc’ is to do just that—to ensure that your business gives purpose to the humans (and robots) who discover your brand on the web. And when everything goes right, they convert into customers and advocates for you.

Our mission is to provide CX strategies that bring the customer experience to life for your brand!

Just like Homer’s Odyssey and the 100 billion+ humans that lived before us, it’s still the journey that counts. We welcome you to the new Odyyc!
